  • Electronics Engineer / Assistant

    Job Responsibilities:
    1. Responsible for the full-process development of electric control hardware, including schematic drawing, component selection, and PCB layout design.
    2. Designing core circuit schemes like main power topology, MOS drive, and current sensing
    3. Use an oscilloscope and logic analyzer to do hardware debugging on the board and the whole machine
    4. Designed full-spectrum protection circuits for overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, and stall
    5. Prepare R&D documents like BOMs, design manuals, and test plans

    Job Requirements
    1. Majored in electronics, electrical, or automation, with over 3 years of experience in motor drive/frequency converter hardware development
    2. Proficient in EDA tools like Altium Designer and Cadence, with hands-on experience in multi-layer PCB design
    3. Solid foundation in analog and digital electronics, proficient in selecting power devices like MOSFETs and driver chips
    4. Knowing Saber circuit simulation and thermal simulation is a plus

    Job Responsibilities
    1. Responsible for client development, acquiring buyers, drone integrators, model stores, and distributor resources through B2B platforms, social media, and exhibitions.
    2. Handle platform inquiries and customer questions, quickly understand customer needs, provide accurate quotes, follow up orders, and negotiate deals
    3. Follow the whole order process: quoting, sampling, contract confirmation, production tracking, shipping, and payment reconciliation
    4.维护老客户，做复购、返单、新品推介，建立长期合作经销渠道
    5. Gather market trends, competitor prices, and hot-selling categories, and provide feedback for product improvements
    6. Achieve the company's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

    Job Requirements
    1. College diploma or above, majors in international trade, business English, or e-commerce preferred
    2. Experience with drones, model aircraft, or 3C electronics is a plus; outstanding fresh graduates are welcome.
    3. Strong stress resistance and proactive in taking initiative
